Banteay Samre temple

Banteay Samre is a beautiful and less-crowded Angkorian temple located northeast of Angkor Wat in Siem Reap province. Built in the 12th century during the reign of King Suryavarman II, it is dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu and is celebrated for its symmetry, decorative carvings, and peaceful surroundings.
