Russian Market
The Russian Market, officially called Phsar Toul Tom Poung, is one of Phnom Penh’s most popular markets for souvenirs, handicrafts, and local goods. Established in the 1980s, it earned its nickname because it originally catered to Russian expatriates. Today, it’s a favorite for both tourists and locals.
