Tonle Bati – Phnom Chisor – Kampot Salt Fields

Enjoy a scenic and cultural road tour from Phnom Penh to the charming riverside town of Kampot, discovering ancient temples, countryside landscapes, and traditional Cambodian industries along the way.

The journey from Phnom Penh to Kampot covers approximately 150 km and normally takes 3 to 4 hours, depending on traffic and sightseeing stops. Traveling by private car allows flexibility to explore interesting destinations that reveal Cambodia’s culture and history.

Stop 1: Tonle Bati

Your first stop is Tonlé Bati, a peaceful lakeside destination located south of Phnom Penh. Here you can visit the beautiful Ta Prohm Temple (Tonlé Bati), a well-preserved Angkorian temple built in the 12th century and surrounded by scenic lake views.

Stop 2: Phnom Chisor Temple
